I started using the needak rebounder about a month ago when a friend of mine introduced me to it. I was able to give it a try at her house and fell in love with it immediately. I had a great time and did not want to stop. I always have enjoyed jumping on trampolines and to be able to incorporate it into my fitness routine seemed perfect. I went online to find one of my very own that night and found it at a great price. I ordered it and impatiently waited for it to get delivered. The day that it finally arrived, I tore into the packaging like a child opening gifts at Christmas. I put it together and popped in my DVD and got right to it. I made my way through the video and had a blast. I have done very well in keeping at it and I know that I will for a long time.
